The challenge
What the job demanded.
Forty-two floors of stacked residential MEP, with fit-out packages running in parallel against a compressed slab cycle. Riser coordination, plant-room routing, and ceiling-void clearances all had to resolve before construction reached the upper floors.
What we delivered
The outcome, in the model.
We federated architecture, structure, and MEP in Navisworks and ran weekly, zone-based clash cycles tracked in BCF. Clashes were triaged by severity and signed off floor by floor, so fabrication-ready shop drawings released ahead of each pour and the tower held its programme.
