COBie Tagging & BMS Integration — Convention Centre, Dubai UAE

Three independent exhibition halls with long-span structure, dense AV, and a building-management system that needed clean asset references. The COBie deliverable had to map to the BMS so operators could trace every controlled device back to the model.

We ran a COBie tagging programme across structural, AV, and BMS systems and integrated the asset references into the building-management layer. The handover dataset let the operations team drive the BMS hall by hall, with every device traceable to its model element.
