The challenge
What the job demanded.
A phased terminal expansion delivered over a fully operational airport. Long-span structure, baggage handling, and MEP had to be coordinated without disrupting passenger flow, across multiple contractors working different phases at once.
What we delivered
The outcome, in the model.
We maintained a single federated LOD 300 model as the coordination source of truth, sequencing reviews to the construction phasing. Interface clashes between structure and long-span MEP were caught in the model, so the live-operations constraint held throughout the build.
