- What LOD levels do you deliver?
- We deliver LOD 100 through LOD 500 depending on project stage and client requirements. Most coordination projects run at LOD 350. FM handovers typically require LOD 500 with COBie data.
- Are your BIM models ISO 19650 compliant?
- Yes. All our BIM models are delivered to ISO 19650 standards. We produce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned to your common data environment (CDE).
- Do you work with overseas clients?
- Yes. We actively serve clients in the UAE, Singapore, and UK. Our team works IST hours with overlap into EU, Middle East, and US East time zones.
- How long does a typical BIM project take?
- Scope determines timeline. A single-discipline LOD 300 model for a mid-rise building typically takes 3–5 weeks. We send proposals within 3 working days of a brief.
- What software do you use?
- Revit for authoring, Navisworks for clash detection and 4D, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for the CDE, and Power BI for dashboards.
- Can you do Scan to BIM from point clouds?
- Yes. We process point clouds from any scanner (Leica, FARO, Matterport) and convert them to parametric BIM at your target LOD.
