The challenge
What the job demanded.
A greenfield campus of fourteen blocks — labs, classrooms, central utilities, and residential — built concurrently on one site. Underground services and shared utility corridors crossed block boundaries, so coordination had to work sitewide, not building by building.
What we delivered
The outcome, in the model.
We authored a federated LOD 400 model spanning all fourteen blocks plus the site infrastructure, with 4D sequencing to phase the build. Cross-block utility clashes resolved in the model before they ever reached the trenches.
